If your item arrives and you decide you would like to return it, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it, to arrange a return. We will not refund any goods that have been worn, modified, or otherwise used. If we believe for any instance that an item has been used, we will not offer a refund under any circumstances due to hygiene precautions.
If you fail to take reasonable care of goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
If we decide that a refund is due to you, we will refund you the price you paid for the goods, including the price paid for delivery (however we will not refund the cost of returning the item(s) to us) by the original payment method.
In the event we do not receive the item you have returned, please provide evidence to us that the item has been returned. Satisfactory evidence includes;
- Royal Mail Proof of Purchase, signed and stamped.
- Royal mail tracking code.
Please ensure you are using a signed for delivery service when returning the item(s) to us, if the parcel for any reason is missing and you have not used this service, you are unlikely to be covered.
Once we have received the item and have decided a refund is due, upon reviewing the condition of the item and other factors, we will issue a refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days to reach your account from the date that we receive the item, however we aim for this to be as soon as possible.
